We accept exchange of sizes and return for quality reasons. Please notify us within 14 days after receiving the items.

Which shoe size should I order?
Step-1: Measurement of your Foot Length and Foot Girth
Take a piece of paper placed on level ground, with the proper intensity stepped on paper.
As shown in the last listed picture, measure in bare foot
1) Foot Length: Straight-line from bottom line to top
2) Foot Girth: Measure the widest part of each foot
Step-2: Compare your foot size with our size chart
Please check the size chart shown in the last listed picture.
For example,
If your Foot Length is 24 cm and Girth is 21.8 cm, your true size will be EU size 38 = UK size 4.5 = US size 7.
If your Foot Length is still 24 cm but Girth is 23.1 cm, we recommend you choose a bigger size so that your true size will be EU size 39 = UK size 5 = US size 7.5.
If you find you tend to be in-between sizes and you are going to order a pump with a pointed toe, choose the bigger size. Then use a shoe pad, comfortable fit.
